What are the differences between the Mifo O5 Plus Gen 2, O5 Professional and O7?
The O5 Plus Gen 2 is our newest product with brand new, better Bluetooth chips and master chipsets for each earbud that offer improved sound quality and bass. This model also includes transparency mode, which allows you to listen to the outside world at the touch of a finger and can charge your smartphone by plugging in to the included USB-C charging case offering 100 hours of play time.
The O5 Pro model features balanced armature drivers, which produce a crisper sound at high and low ranges. This technology is favored by audiophiles and is best for instrumental music such as jazz, classical, and rock. The O5 PLUS Gen 2 model features 6mm dynamic drivers, which deliver a powerful, bass heavy sound best for modern pop music, hip hop, and electronic. Both models offer best in class sound reproduction, but it comes down to your personal preference for music genre.
The Mifo O7 has dual balanced armature drivers in each earbud (a total of 4 speaker drivers) for incredibly accurate and big sound at all frequencies, haptic touch controls, active noise canceling, and the latest Bluetooth 5 chipset from Qualcomm. The O7 comes with a more compact USB-C charging case that offers 24 hours of play time.

Our website is listed as the authorized distributor of Mifo Products and the only point of purchase that provides the full manufacturer’s warranty for 1-year. Often unauthorized vendors will try to "dropship" from China. Hence, the price difference.

Can I use Mifo's products while swimming or in the shower?
Our earbuds are rated as waterproof, but we do not recommend submerging for longer than 30 minutes or at any depth below ½ meter. In addition, the Bluetooth signal is impeded by water, and so your source player must be very close in order to be effective while swimming (ideally a waterproof smartwatch).
Showering is totally fine, and even the soapiest shampoos will not harm the O5 Plus Gen 2, O5 Pro, or O7 products.
Note: The aluminum charging case is not waterproof.
Do Mifo earbuds connect individually? Can I use one earbud only if I want?
All Mifo models can use either one or both earbuds, and automatically adjust from one ear to dual ear.
For example, if you are using a single earbud, and remove the second from the charging case, it will automatically pair without interrupting music or calls. You may also move from using both earbuds to a single earbud in either ear without interruption.
I purchased an extended warranty. What exactly does the extended warranty cover?
